What documents do I need to rent a car?
A valid driving licence (held for at least 1 year), your HKID or passport, and a credit or debit card in your name for the security deposit. Visitors need a licence valid in Hong Kong or an International Driving Permit.
Can I pick up and drop off at different locations?
Currently all vehicles must be collected and returned to our Central office. Airport drop-off for long-term rentals can be arranged β please contact us to discuss.
Do you offer cross-border rentals to Macau or mainland China?
Yes, cross-border arrangements are available for select vehicles with prior written approval. Additional insurance and documentation are required. Call us on +852 2525 5599 to discuss.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up. 50% of the first day's rate applies for cancellations within 24β48 hours. No-shows forfeit the first day's rate. See our full Terms & Conditions.
Is insurance included in the rental price?
Third-party liability cover is included as required by HK law. Optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) are available at additional cost.
